Information We Collect
When you submit a free estimate request, we collect the information you provide: name, phone number, email (optional), ZIP code, service type, a description of what needs to be removed, any photos you choose to upload, a preferred date (optional), and any additional notes.
How We Use Your Information
We use this information to prepare an estimate, communicate with you about your request, and schedule and perform the requested service. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Photos
Photos submitted with a quote request are stored privately and used only to prepare your estimate and complete the associated service. They are not made public.
The JCE Property Portal
The JCE Property Portal is a system used by JCE workers, property managers, and administrators to document completed service work. When active, the portal may collect: worker names, timestamps, photo documentation of completed work, and issue reports. If a worker's device location is captured, it is a one-time capture at the start of a route with explicit permission requested each time — JCE does not continuously track worker location.
Data Retention & Security
We retain quote and service information as needed to provide our services and maintain business records. Reasonable technical safeguards are used to protect stored information, including private (non-public) storage of photos and role-based access controls for portal data.
